Delivery Policies
We currently send a truck out for deliveries Tuesday afternoon, as well as Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Local delivery service includes all of Seattle, Shoreline, Mercer Island, and Tukwila, and is $60. We send a box truck with two friendly delivery persons, who will deliver your furniture or mattress as far as past your front door to the first interior space of your home. Delivery beyond the first interior space is left to the discretion of our friendly delivery persons and you may be asked to sign a waiver of liability if there is a mutual agreement to move merchandise beyond the first interior space of your home. Please notify us in advance if there are tight corners and stairwells, and we highly recommend that you measure these areas to make sure the furniture will fit into the space intended as delivery charges are non-refundable. Thank you!2-Zone Delivery: Local charge + $20 for delivery service to Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Burien, Des Moines, SeaTac, and Federal Way.
3-Zone Delivery: Local charge + $40 for delivery to Mukilteo, Everett, Marysville, Snohomish, Silver Lake, Monroe, Duvall, Carnation, Covington, Fall City, North Bend, Maple Valley, Auburn, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Fircrest, Fife, and Tacoma.
4-Zone Delivery: Local charge + $60 for delivery to Lake Stevens, Arlington, Enumclaw, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, Spanaway, Steilacoom, University Place, Orting, and South Hill.
Bainbridge Island: Local charge + $50 + ferry fare. Did you know that our store is located just 2 blocks from the Ferry terminal?
Long distance: We will deliver to anywhere in the continental United States and Canada for $35 an hour (roundtrip) + .45 per mile (roundtrip) + any additional tolls and/or ferry charges. The charge is calculated using Mapquest. Thank you!
