Consign/Sell/Donate Form

We are currently buying, consigning, and accepting donations for mattresses and furniture with the form below. If we can use your furniture, we will call you to make the appropriate arrangements. For consigned items, you will sign a contract where the price is gradually reduced until the item is sold, following which you will be issued a check for 50% of sell price.
